Learning to be yourself, coupled with personal development and how we view the world is what Mr Simpson reveals as his formula for success. He knows he will be able to conquer anything as long as he stays motivated.

When asked what keeps him motivated in business, he answers. ‘‘Success has no limits. Each time I achieve a goal, I dream bigger. Second is the fact that in business you become successful when you help others become successful too.’’ 

Mr Simpson reveals his focus is not just to be an entrepreneur but to be a disruptive entrepreneur, he is always thinking outside the box and plans to shake up existing business platforms that will help individuals have a bigger impact and change the world for the better.

He added ‘‘Successful people are just ordinary people, but they have extraordinary thoughts and actions. Our daily actions will always show the world whether we are interested or committed to achieving our goals and dreams’’.
