SUNETH SHANAKA

Mr. Suneth started off as an Engineer with strong background in Telecommunication sector before becoming an entrepreneur. He was a Senior Engineer at several Telecommunication companies in Sri Lanka and Dubai. Apart from his main businesses, Mr. Suneth is an expert in social media influencing and he empowers people towards entrepreneurship through social media.

When asked what he considers to be his most challenging moments in doing the business, Mr. Suneth answered that as a leader, he feels it is his responsibility to make his team tremendously inspired. However, in truth, success cannot be across the board all the time. In some cases, some team members will not make it successfully and they will have to part ways. That’s the sad part.

Mr. Suneth identifies ‘Consistency’ as his key to success. Deep hunger, passion and a burning desire for success are the main driving factors for him. He says ‘From the time you wake up from the time you go to sleep. Don’t eat, don’t sleep until you accomplish your goals.’
